Shin-Etsu KF-9901 (Hydrogen Dimethicone) is a reactive silicone oil specifically designed for cosmetic powder surface treatment. With Si-H functional groups, it reacts with hydroxyl groups on powder surfaces to form a strong hydrophobic coating. It delivers excellent water/sweat resistance, anti-agglomeration, anti-caking properties and a smooth, silky skin feel. Compared with KF-99, it features milder reactivity and better skin feel, ideal for high-end cosmetic formulations.
