YCR-9984 is a high-purity high-temperature curing polysilazane resin with ultra-high ceramic yield, developed for ultra-high temperature protection and advanced composite material applications. After professional high-temperature curing, it converts into a dense inorganic SiCN ceramic layer, delivering stable long-term protection up to 1200℃, with short-term peak temperature resistance up to 1400℃. It has exceptional thermal shock resistance, no cracking or peeling under drastic temperature changes, and excellent high-temperature anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance. This multifunctional resin can be used as an ultra-high temperature protective coating, professional sizing agent for carbon/glass fiber, and ceramic precursor for SiCN ceramic, ceramic matrix composite (CMC) and metal matrix composite (MMC) materials. It fits high-temperature alloy steel, 310S stainless steel, carbon fiber, glass fiber and ceramic substrates, widely used in aerospace, industrial high-temperature equipment and advanced material manufacturing.
