YCR-9970 is a professional high-temperature curing polysilazane resin with high purity and high ceramic yield, designed for high-performance ceramic coating and advanced composite material applications. After high-temperature curing, it converts into a dense inorganic SiCN ceramic layer, delivering stable long-term protection up to 1000℃, with short-term peak temperature resistance up to 1300℃. It has outstanding thermal shock resistance, no cracking or peeling under drastic temperature changes, and excellent high-temperature anti-oxidation performance. This multifunctional resin can be used as a high-temperature protective coating, professional sizing agent for carbon/glass fiber, and ceramic precursor for SiCN ceramic, CMC and MMC materials. It fits high-temperature alloy steel, stainless steel, carbon fiber, glass fiber and ceramic substrates, widely used in aerospace, industrial high-temperature equipment and advanced material manufacturing.
