YCR-9964 is a two-component ultra-high temperature resistant polysilazane ceramic coating, formulated with high-purity polysilazane resin, ultra-high temperature ceramic powder and functional additives. After professional heat curing, it converts into a dense SiC ceramic structure, delivering stable long-term protection up to 1200℃, with short-term peak temperature resistance up to 1400℃. It has outstanding thermal shock resistance, no cracking or peeling under drastic temperature changes, and excellent high-temperature anti-oxidation and heavy-duty anti-corrosion performance. This coating fits high-temperature alloy steel, 310S stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium alloy and other metal substrates, widely used in industrial furnace internal parts, aerospace high-temperature components, metallurgical equipment and other ultra-high temperature protection scenarios.
