PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

YCR-9963 is a one-component polyester modified polysilazane resin coating. It greatly upgrades bending resistance, boiling water resistance, salt spray and anti-aging capacity, achieving perfect 0T bending performance. It supports both room-temperature curing and low-temperature baking curing for flexible construction. After curing, it forms stable covalent bonds with substrates to deliver superior mechanical strength. This product is widely applied in lithium battery insulation layers, heat reflection coatings and flexible cable protective films, and can also act as sizing agent for carbon & glass fiber composite materials. It fits carbon steel, aluminum alloy, ceramics and cement substrates, with stable long-term service up to 300℃ and short peak temperature of 380℃.
