YCR-9960 is a high-temperature resistant polysilazane product dual-functional for fiber surface treatment and metal protective coating, formulated with high-purity polysilazane resin and ceramic functional additives. It can be used as a professional sizing agent for carbon fiber, glass fiber and basalt fiber, effectively improving the interfacial bonding strength between fiber and resin matrix in composite materials. As a protective coating, it cures to form a dense inorganic Si-C-N ceramic layer, delivering stable long-term protection up to 800℃, excellent thermal shock resistance and superior anti-corrosion performance. It fits carbon steel, stainless steel, high-temperature alloy and other metal substrates, widely used in advanced composite material manufacturing and industrial high-temperature equipment protection.
