YCR-9957 is a one-component room temperature moisture curing polysilazane protective coating, formulated with high-purity silazane resin, diluent, retarder and leveling agent. It cures fully at room temperature without heating, delivering pencil hardness over 7H and no yellowing after long-term use. This polysilazane coating forms stable covalent bonds with substrate surfaces to enhance overall mechanical strength, with a water contact angle over 105° for excellent hydrophobic self-cleaning performance. It provides long-term protection from -30℃ to 380℃ (short-term peak 500℃), and passes over 500 hours neutral salt spray test and 30 days artificial weathering test, ideal for anti-corrosion, insulation and surface protection of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, glass-ceramic and other substrates.
