YCR-9940 is a two-component heat curable polysilazane coating formulated with high-purity polysilazane resin and ceramic functional fillers. After heating curing at 260°C, it converts into compact inorganic Si-C-N ceramic layer, creating an airtight barrier to isolate metal substrates from high temperature oxidation, acid and salt corrosion. This high temperature resistant polysilazane coating stably works at -30°C to 1000°C, reaching ultra-high pencil hardness 8H, resisting repeated thermal shock without cracking or peeling. It fits carbon steel, stainless steel, high-temperature alloy, cast iron and titanium alloy, widely used for metallurgical equipment, industrial furnace and high-temperature metal component long-term anti-corrosion protection.
