Liveo Q7-4765 belongs to DuPont Q7 enhanced tear resistant ETR High Consistency rubber series, two-part platinum addition cure medical silicone rubber. This high tear silicone achieves 46.4 kN/m Die B tear strength with balanced 757% elongation, perfect for rigid, high-stress medical sealing parts. It meets FDA 21 CFR food contact requirements and supports steam autoclave, EO and gamma 50kGy sterilization. Standard curing takes 10 minutes at 115°C for parts below 2mm thickness, post-curing at 175°C for 2 hours is optional. Mixed compound can be sealed and frozen for up to 7 days to extend working life. This ETR High Consistency Rubber is designed for short-term medical implantation under 30 days, compatible with compression molding, transfer molding and extrusion processes.
