Liveo Q7-4735 belongs to Q7 series enhanced tear resistant ETR High Consistency rubber, two-part platinum addition cure medical rubber with balanced soft Shore A 35 hardness. This shore A 35 silicone delivers 1480% high elongation and upgraded 39.6 kN/m tear strength, balancing soft touch and durability. The ETR High Consistency Rubber complies with FDA 21 CFR food contact standards, compatible with steam autoclave, EO and gamma 50kGy sterilization. It cures in 10 mins at 116°C for sections up to 2mm, no mandatory post-cure required. Blended compound can be frozen sealed for up to 7 days to extend working life. Formulated for medical parts with less than 30 days human tissue contact, suitable for compression molding, transfer molding and continuous extrusion production.
