Liveo Q7-4720 belongs to DuPont Q7 series enhanced tear resistant ETR High Consistency rubber, an ultra soft silicone two-part platinum addition cure rubber with Shore A 25 hardness. It delivers outstanding 1490% elongation at break, flexible texture ideal for ultra-flexible medical components. This ETR High Consistency Rubber meets FDA 21 CFR food contact standards, supports autoclave, EO and gamma sterilization. No peroxide residuals, post-cure optional, standard cure 10 mins at 115°C for cross-section ≤2mm. Blended stock can be frozen for 7 days if sealed properly. It is formulated for medical parts requiring less than 30 days short-term human tissue contact, well-suited for extrusion and compression molding.
