This Liveo C6-570 Liquid Silicone Rubber features Shore A 65 firm rigidity, 9.1 MPa tensile strength and >300% elongation, perfect for rigid, high-stress medical sealing components. The medical Liquid Silicone Rubber adopts solventless, non-blooming formula free of peroxides, phthalates, latex and toxic additives, fully compliant with USP Class VI, ISO 10993 and EP silicone standards. It only requires 5 mins curing at 150°C for high-volume injection molding, heat resistant up to 205°C and withstands repeated 120°C autoclave sterilization. No mandatory post-cure is needed for most mass production, and this hard high tear Liquid Silicone Rubber is approved for human tissue contact limited to maximum 29 days.
