Liveo C6-265 belongs to DuPont Liveo one-part uncatalyzed HCR series, featured as long shelf life silicone raw material with 720 days shelf life for unopened original packaging. Different from two-part ready-mixed grades, Liveo C6-265 uncatalyzed HCR contains no pre-added catalyst, supporting flexible matching of platinum or multiple peroxide curing agents per production demands. This Liveo C6-265 complies with USP Class VI, ISO 10993 and European Pharmacopoeia standards, free of phthalates and organic plasticizers, with non-tacky surface and pigmentable formula. It reaches Shore A 66 hardness, heat resistant up to 205°C, compatible with 120°C autoclave sterilization, and can be cross-blended with other C6-series stocks to adjust intermediate hardness. Manufacturers with silicone compounding capability choose this long shelf life silicone to fabricate tubing, sealing gaskets and temporary implant components for medical use within 29 days.
