Liveo C6-180 is the high shore A silicone grade of DuPont Liveo medical HCR series, two-part platinum addition cure elastomer with Shore A 77 hardness. This Liveo C6-180 material fully complies with USP Class VI, ISO 10993 and European Pharmacopoeia requirements, free of peroxides, phthalates, latex and toxic additives. As rigid medical HCR, it delivers stable mechanical performance including 7.2 MPa tensile strength and 614% elongation, heat resistant up to 205°C and withstands 120°C autoclave sterilization. Liveo C6-180 features non-blooming non-tacky surface and pigmentable formula, ideal for manufacturing firm medical sealing components and short-term implant devices without mandatory post-curing.
