KR-401N is a low-molecular-weight methyl-phenyl silicone oligomer with alkoxysilyl reactive groups, developed by Shin-Etsu Chemical. Structurally identical to silicone resin but with smaller molecular chains, it features low phenyl substitution to deliver outstanding compatibility with most solvent-borne organic resins and silicone polymers. Unlike KR-401, KR-401N contains no built-in curing catalyst, allowing users to freely adjust curing speed, hardness and crack resistance by matching external catalysts.
