Key features

  • Low surface tension - Silicone fluids have much lower surface tension than water and other common synthetic oils.

  • 100% Active Content - No water or diluent—provides concentrated defoaming action with minimal dosage.

  • High Chemical Stability - Maintains performance in chemically aggressive environments, including solvent-based and resin-rich formulations.

  • Heat Resistance - Effective under elevated processing temperatures, making it suitable for thermal curing systems.

  • Stable Under Shear Stress - Maintains defoaming performance during high-speed mixing, pumping, and coating operations.

Application
  • Floor Coating Industry – Controls foam in water-based and solvent-based floor coatings, ensuring smooth film formation and surface uniformity.

  • Ink Industry – Suppresses microfoam in high-speed printing inks, improving print clarity and reducing defects.

  • Chemical Industry – Used in various chemical formulations to prevent foam buildup during mixing, reaction, and transfer processes.

  • Fermentation Industry – Prevents foam overflow in bioreactors and fermenters, maintaining process stability and yield.

  • Pulp and Paper Industry – Reduces foam in pulp washing, bleaching, and paper coating stages, enhancing process efficiency.

  • Waste Water Treatment – Breaks down surface foam in aeration tanks and clarifiers, improving water clarity and system performance
