This nonionic surfactant is formulated to deliver multifunctional performance across diverse industrial applications. Its narrow gel range ensures stable handling and formulation flexibility, particularly in high-active systems. As a penetrant, it improves substrate wetting and enhances the delivery of active ingredients in cleaning and agricultural formulations. Its dispersant properties support uniform distribution of pigments, waxes, and resins in paints and coatings. Additionally, it acts as a silicone emulsifier, enabling stable emulsions in systems containing silicone fluids or oils. The surfactant is compatible with a wide range of pH conditions and exhibits low foaming behavior, making it ideal for use in hard surface cleaners, agrochemical sprays, and waterborne coatings.

Key features
Cold endurance - Silicone oil has excellent cold resistance.Hardy with benzyl silicone oil, even low temperature to - 65 ° C, liquidity is still good.
Viscosity stability - Silicone oil viscosity changes very little and is in a wide range of humidity from low temperature to high temperature.
Chemical stability - Organosilicate chemical stability is very inactive, at room temperature, the chemical properties are almost unaffected in less than 10% alkaline water solution and less than 30% acid water solution.
Corrosive and other material effects - Silicone oil has almost no adverse effect on many materials represented by metals.
Low surface tension - This enables TMN-6 to spread rapidly across surfaces and penetrate substrates efficiently. It’s especially valuable in applications requiring fast wetting, such as textile processing, hard surface cleaning, and pigment dispersion.
