It is a emulsion-type silicone defoamer intended for demanding industrial processes such as high-temperature textile dyeing and pulp production. It’s selected where foaming occurs at elevated temperatures and in challenging chemical environments because silicone defoamers have low surface tension and fast defoaming action compared with many organic antifoams.
