The flowable consistency enables smooth, self-leveling application via syringe, brush, or flow coating, delivering uniform thin-layer protection across rigid, flexible, and high-density PCBs. It cures rapidly at room temperature with an 8‑minute tack‑free time and reaches full cure in 5 hours, supporting high-throughput manufacturing without curing ovens; mild heat up to 60°C can further accelerate production. When cured, it forms a soft, low‑stress elastomer (Shore A 25) with 340% elongation, effectively absorbing thermal cycling stress, vibration, and mechanical shock to prevent component damage and cracking. The solventless, non-corrosive formula provides excellent electrical insulation and long-term stability across -45°C to 200°C. It offers reliable adhesion to most common electronic substrates and supports easy rework for PCB repair.
