It is a solventless, acetoxy-cure silicone elastomer that cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. It forms a tough, flexible rubber with excellent adhesion to many substrates including metals, plastics, and other silicone rubbers. Its flowable and self-leveling nature makes it ideal for sealing fine joints, cable entries, connectors, and for field repairs where parts of existing silicone encapsulants have been removed.

Key features
Flowable and Self-Leveling – Easily fills narrow gaps and complex geometries without tooling, ideal for fine joints and cable entries.One-Part RTV System – Cures at room temperature upon exposure to moisture, simplifying processing without mixing.
Acetoxy Cure Chemistry – Releases acetic acid during cure, offering fast skin-over time and strong adhesion to many substrates.
Tough, Flexible Rubber – Cures to a durable elastomer that maintains flexibility under mechanical stress.
Wide Temperature Stability – Remains stable and elastic from -65°C to +180°C, suitable for harsh thermal environments.
Electronics – Used for sealing fine joints, cable entries, and connectors to ensure water‑tightness and electrical insulation. Its excellent dielectric properties and adhesion to substrates make it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic assemblies.
Automotive – Applied in gasketing, sealing, and bonding tasks where vibration resistance and flexibility are required. It withstands temperatures from ‑65°C to +180°C, making it suitable for under‑hood environments and field repairs on silicone‑encapsulated components.
Aerospace – Utilized for sealing and bonding in aircraft systems where reliability under extreme thermal cycling and mechanical stress is critical. Its compliance with MIL‑A‑46106 ensures it meets aerospace standards for performance and safety.
