key features
High Temperature Resistance - KF-96-50cs is stable under high temperature conditions, with a flash point exceeding 300°C. It can withstand repeated high-temperature cycles without decomposition or oxidation. Thermal stability testing shows that after 1000 hours of continuous operation at 200°C, its viscosity change is less than 10%, ensuring consistent performance in long-term high-temperature applications.
Low Temperature Resistance - The product maintains fluidity in low-temperature environments, down to -65°C. Flow tests at -50°C show a viscosity change of no more than ±12%, demonstrating its suitability for extreme cold environments.
Stable Viscosity - KF-96-50cs exhibits minimal viscosity change across temperatures. At 25°C, its viscosity is 50 mm²/s, and at 100°C, it remains in the 46-48 mm²/s range. This stable viscosity ensures consistent lubrication and protection even under wide temperature fluctuations.
Chemical Stability - KF-96-50cs exhibits excellent chemical inertness, withstanding 10% alkaline solutions and 30% acidic solutions at room temperature. It does not react with metals, plastics, or rubber. Its specific gravity is 0.96 at 25°C and remains stable in strong acid and alkaline environments, ensuring its reliability and long-term safety in harsh environments.
Thermo-oxidative Stability - KF-96-50cs exhibits outstanding thermo-oxidative stability, preventing the release of harmful gases or significant performance degradation even after prolonged exposure to high-temperature air. Long-term testing shows that after heating at 150°C in an oxygen atmosphere for 500 hours, its weight loss is less than 0.3%, demonstrating excellent oxidation resistance.
Cosmetics - KF-96-50cs is commonly used in cosmetics and personal care products as a lubricant, film former, and skin feel enhancer. Its low surface tension effectively improves product spreadability on the skin, enhancing absorption in lotions, creams, and haircare formulations. Formulation testing data shows that adding 2%-5% KF-96-50cs significantly improves the skin feel and long-lasting properties of creams while ensuring product safety and stability.
Electronic and Electrical - KF-96-50cs exhibits excellent electrical insulation properties, with a volume resistivity exceeding 10⁴ Ω·cm and an electrical breakdown strength exceeding 20 kV/mm. It effectively isolates moisture, dust, and contaminants, protecting electronic components from external interference. Long-term application has shown that this product can extend the lifespan of electronic components by over 30% when used to seal and protect them. It is widely used in the protection of sensors, controllers, and power supplies.
Chemical and Construction Materials - KF-96-50cs is widely used in the chemical and construction industries as a release agent, defoamer, and weathering agent. Its excellent weather resistance and chemical inertness enable it to form a durable protective layer on concrete, waterproof coatings, and building materials. Experimental data shows that using KF-96-50cs in concrete release applications can increase mold life by 20%-25%, significantly reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
